If you contact us or use the client workspace, we may collect your name, email address, company, project descriptions, messages, proposal and contract records, project updates, time records, reported issues, and related correspondence.
This information is used to operate the client relationship, discuss and scope requested work, create and perform contracts, provide support, keep business records, protect the site, and communicate about actions you take.
Google Account Login
The client workspace uses Google OAuth. When you sign in, Google provides your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, and profile image. The site does not receive or store your Google password and does not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, contacts, or other Google content.
Payments
Contract payments are processed by Stripe. The site stores the Stripe Checkout reference, payment status, amount, currency, and related contract reference. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are not stored by this website.
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices.
Project Notifications and Records
Successful project actions create an audit event. Project changes may send email notifications to Virgil and, where appropriate, to the client. These records help both parties follow the history of a job or contract.
Do not place passwords, private keys, payment-card numbers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a job post or project message.
Analytics and Technical Data
We may use analytics, hosting logs, or performance tools to understand traffic, diagnose issues, and improve the website experience. This can include information such as browser type, device data, visited pages, and approximate geographic region.
Where applicable, these tools are used in a limited and proportionate way to support site reliability and usability.
Analytics is enabled by default. Visitors can opt out at any time through the site's cookie preferences. No marketing scripts are currently connected.
Cookies and Browser Storage
